Service adviser and techs where not thorough in my engine installation. They install a used engine without ckeaning, flushing or road testing. When I told them the oil light was flickering, they non- chalauntly stated, "It just need an oil change". Would that have done already? I paid $2,000 for repairs on a car that broke down due to over-heating and seized engine (non-refundable), driving less than 5 miles from shop. SMDH!read more

Great service. Kia K900, parts had to be ordered from overseas, no local dealer to program, but "All Things Transmission" got it done and cat drivers better than when I bought it from CarMax.read more

We had our 2010 Jeep Compass with the transmission slipping, reached out to ATT. Marcellus called me back within an hour or two to discuss what was going on, we set up for the tow to pick it up the FOLLOWING day! Tow truck driver was cool, Donald called me after inspecting the vehicle and boom we're off. Gave me an estimate, worked with me on the payment timeline, & the Jeep was ready will b4 I thought, and is back in action!! Everybody here is professional, and this process went so smooth. Our van broke down while we were visiting the area from out of town. We found All Things Transmission after the dealership couldn't even let us know when they could look at our vehicle to tell us what the problem was. All Things Transmission performed a one day turnaround free diagnostic, and even recommend finance options for our major repair. Donald and Marcelo were courteous, professional and patiently answered all our questions about the services to be performed. The Customer Service is TERRIBLE! I had my car towed there on a Tuesday after discussing with Marcello the issue I know for a fact is wrong with my car because it just left another shop that couldn't perform the work( over heating, a water pump & leaking antifreeze)! I was informed that they would take a look at it the next morning. The next morning comes an goes, an I still hear nothing from them. It wasn't until I decided to call (Thursday Morning) that I finally received an update about my car. I was then told it was 30 cars ahead of mine. (blank stare) I really couldn't afford to get my car towed from place to place so I said okay. Saturday Marcello calls an he informs me about things that the previous shop "possibly did improperly" and that could be causing the leak I didn't even inquire about it, but at this point I am just like fix it ALL please. Parts needed to be ordered which took another 3 days (excluding Sunday). Tuesday evening the parts are "received" near closing an I was informed that the car will be ready Wednesday evening!
Wednesday comes and I so happen to have business to take care of on that side of town so I decided to pop up an wait for my car since I was informed it will be ready that day. I called while in route no answer. by this time I knew they have caller id because Marcello has returned my calls before. i get there an Marcello is sitting at his desk, my car is in the parking lot with the hood up( no one around it). I am like: whats up are we almost most done. The look on his face because I popped up was priceless. He began explaining what they were doing (finishing up controlling the leak) He then gets Huffy because I am like well how much long because I'll just wait because it is getting close to closing time, an you are famous for saying tomorrow, he then storms off talking under breath, and comes back with my car key. So now i am confused. you just said the car was bleeding and it would take a few hrs. Any-who I proceed to pay for the work completed and pull off. 3 lights away an the car begins to over heat. I turned right around and took it right back. Now I am furious, because this is the initial reason I brought the car in, in the first place. Marcello comes out like " I told you this was gonna happen we only fixed the other problems an you did not give us a chance to see why it is over heating. I TOLD YOU WHAT THE PROBLEM IS GENIUS! Now I am like you have had the car over a week, how long does it take plus I informed you myself what needed to be done. Now i am irate, but still never cursing nor, elevating my voice. i told him his customer service is TERRIBLE. all this could have been avoided if you just learned to pick up the phone an communicate. You should Hire someone to do it if it is to much for you! Lack of communication is not all right with me, especially if I am a paying customer. Another mechanic then comes out ( Don ) Apologizes an communicates a lot of things that Marcello seemed to have a problem with doing! Ensured me that my car is now his responsibility an he will now keep in contact with me until the job is done. lol! i will be back with an update once I have received my car back!read more

My car needed a transmission and we all know how expensive they can be. Surprisingly wasn’t as expensive as it could have been. I decided to check them out since they were so close to home. Other auto shops would have taken more time to fix the issue, but this shop fixed my baby up really quickly. Had my car back to me in less than two weeks with excellent service. Shout out to Mr. Rich, Donald, Marcelo and the team for doing an amazing job on my car.read more

Had a great experience here, everyone was very friendly and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of like most shops. They looked at my transmission and told me what was wrong, gave me an estimate for cost and time. Quick and simple. Dropped off my Chrysler 300 and it was in and out of the door in 2 days and runs like it’s brand new. Excellent work by the guys at All Things Transmission!read more
